Fast, lawful and handled calmly
Every removal follows the same lawful sequence, managed by our team from the first call to a secured site:
-
Assess
We assess the encampment, the land and the risks, and confirm the right legal route.
-
Notify
Legal notice is served correctly before any action is taken.
-
Remove
Our certificated officers carry out the removal on site, working towards a peaceful resolution throughout.
-
Secure
We secure the site afterwards with patrols, guards, dog teams or CCTV towers so the land stays clear.
Where appropriate, we can act under Common Law powers to remove trespassers without a court order, often within 24 hours. In more complex cases we work alongside your solicitors to obtain the necessary order, then provide full High Court enforcement.
High Court enforcement
We also act for property owners, managing agents, solicitors and commercial creditors on High Court enforcement. Our certificated enforcement agents execute Writs of Control, Writs of Possession and Writs of Delivery, recovering money owed or returning possession of property with full legal backing.
We cover England and Wales, can often attend within 24 hours of instruction, and keep you informed with detailed reports throughout, including support after the enforcement is complete.
Bromsgrove
Protecting open land around Bromsgrove
Around nine-tenths of Bromsgrove district is Green Belt: fields, field entrances and open land along quiet lanes, alongside business park car parks and yards close to the M5 and M42. Open, accessible land like this is where unauthorised encampments tend to appear, and the longer one stays, the more damage and cost it leaves behind.
If an encampment arrives on your land, call us on 0121 453 9157. The line is open 24 hours.

Questions
Traveller removal: common questions
How quickly can travellers be removed from my land?
Where Common Law powers apply, removal can often happen within 24 hours. Cases that need a court order take longer, and we’ll tell you on the first call which route applies to you.
Do I need a court order to remove travellers?
Not always. Where appropriate we can remove trespassers under Common Law without a court order. If an order is needed, we work with your solicitors to obtain it and then carry out High Court enforcement.
Can you stop an encampment coming back?
Yes. After the removal we can secure the site with mobile patrols, static guards, K9 units or mobile CCTV towers.
Do you help private landowners as well as businesses?
Yes. We act for commercial landowners, property managers and local authorities, and for private owners whose land has been occupied.
